"Always grateful for that personal touch"
Being a customer from out of state, I can't really test shades myself, but Tina understands my skin tone and tries a shade on herself, then sends me a pic. I truly value that personal effort to ensure I receive the right product. Plus, the delivery was super quick—less than a week, even with Thanksgiving around the corner!

"Amazing KoKo Shiseido Experience"
Tina’s Koko Shiseido located in Torrance, California is truly unique. The shop is beautifully decorated, and the team there is friendly and accommodating. Since I’m based in New Hampshire, I frequently order Shiseido products from her online. Whenever I found myself in Torrance, I made it a priority to stop by her store. It was always a delight. I strongly suggest checking out KoKo Shiseido.

"Consistently Impressive Experience with Shiseido"
I've consistently had a fantastic experience with Shiseido items. Tina goes over each product I ask about, plus a few I didn’t even think to ask. I've been trying out the Shiseido White Lucent Line, which Tina recommended, and it’s been doing wonders for me. When I place an order, my items typically show up the very next day. I'm really happy with this Shiseido spot.

"Tina is awesome"
Tina made it super easy for me to find what I was looking for, and there was no pressure to make a purchase. I really appreciated the samples she provided, which helped me figure out what I wanted to buy. The whole process of ordering online or via text felt friendly, and the customer service was top-notch, especially during these Covid times.
